1. Who we are
These terms govern your purchase of products from www.loofi.co.uk, operated by LOOFI LTD (“we”, “us”), company number 16765423, registered office 32 King Street, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3QD, contact hello@loofi.co.uk.
2. Ordering
By placing an order you offer to buy the products at the price shown. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock or a pricing error), we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on your order. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.
All orders are subject to successful payment authorisation. If a payment is declined, fails, or is later reversed or charged back, we may cancel the order and withhold or recover the goods. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates. Postage is a flat £3.50 per order, and is free on orders of 12 or more sponges. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations and returns
See our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within a reasonable time and we will put it right with a replacement or refund. This is separate from, and unaffected by, the hygiene restriction on change-of-mind returns.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
